Schedule 1—Amendments
Product Stewardship (Televisions and Computers) Regulations 2011
This instrument is the Product Stewardship (Televisions and Computers) Amendment (2019 Measures No. 1) Regulations 2019.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
Product Stewardship (Televisions and Computers) Regulations 2011
1 Regulation 1.03 (paragraphs (f) and (g) of the definition of relevant Schedule)
Repeal the paragraphs, substitute:
(f) for a unit imported or manufactured on or after 1 July 2018—Schedule 1F.
2 Schedule 1E
Repeal the Schedule.
3 Schedule 1F (heading)
Omit “2019”, substitute “2018”.
