Small Pelagic Fishery (Overcatch and Undercatch) Determination 2019
The Australian Fisheries Management Authority makes the following determination in accordance with a decision made by the Commissioners under section 23 of the Fisheries Administration Act 1991.

This instrument may be cited as the Small Pelagic Fishery (Overcatch and Undercatch) Determination 2019.
This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislation.
3 Revocation
This instrument is revoked on 1 May 2020.
This instrument is made pursuant to paragraph 17(6)(aa) of the Act for the purpose of subsections 29(5) and 30(3) of the Management Plan.
(1) In this instrument:
Act means the Fisheries Management Act 1991.
Management Plan means the Small Pelagic Fishery Management Plan 2009.
(2) A term used in this instrument that is defined for the purposes of the Plan has the same meaning in this instrument as it has in that Plan.
Note: Terms defined in the Fisheries Management Act 1991 have the same meaning in this instrument (see paragraph 13(1)(b) of the Legislation Act 2003).
6 Determination of fishing seasons
For a species of fish specified in an item in column 1 of the table within the sub-area of fishery specified in an item in column 2 of the table:
(a) the determined percentage of overcatch for the purpose of subsection 29(5) of the Plan is determined in column 3 of the table; and
(b) the determined percentage of undercatch for the purpose of subsection 30(3) of the Plan is determined in column 4 of the table; and
(c) the determined weight, in kilograms, of overcatch for the purpose of subsection 29(5) of the Plan is determined in column 5 of the table.
