Schedule 1

1.                Clause 3, omit “3.7” (first occurring), substitute “3.8”.
2.                Clause 3.7, renumber as clause 3.8.
3.                Insert a new clause 3.7 to read

“Vehicles certified to ADR 4/06 or a later version need not comply with this rule.”
