This determination revokes the Determination Prohibiting use of Recreational Vessels with Fishing Gear in use - Mermaid Reef Commonwealth Marine Reserve, published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 19 December 2013 (see C2013G01929).
This instrument was originally made under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 and from 19 December 2025 continues in effect or in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2025.
