This instrument revokes the Determination Prohibiting Use of Vessels Part of the Lord Howe Commonwealth Marine Reserve – Area of the Habitat Protection Zone of the Former Elizabeth and Middleton Reefs Marine National Nature Reserve, published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette on 19 December 2013 (see C2013G01944).
This instrument was originally made under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2000 and from 19 December 2025 continues in effect or in force under the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2025. See Part 20 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Regulations 2025 for Application and Transitional provisions.
