1  Name

  This instrument is the Social Security Amendment (Exempt Lump Sum - Certain Commonwealth Discretionary Payments) Determination 2018.

2  Commencement

  (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

Social Security Exempt Lump Sum (Certain Commonwealth Discretionary Payments) Determination 2015

1  Subparagraph 5(2)(b)(ii)

Repeal the subparagraph, substitute:

  

(ii) in lieu of an amount paid under the Act, the family assistance law, the Paid Parental Leave Act 2010, or the Business Services Wage Assessment Tool Payment Scheme Act 2015; and
