We, the members of the Pharmaceutical Benefits Remuneration Tribunal, make this Determination under paragraph 98B(1)(a) of the National Health Act 1953.

1. Name of Determination
(1) This Determination is the Commonwealth price (Pharmaceutical benefits supplied by approved pharmacists) Amendment Determination 2017.
(2) This instrument may also be cited as PB 51 of 2017.
2. Commencement
This Determination commences 1 July 2017.
3. Authority
This Determination is made under paragraph 98B(1)(a) of the National Health Act 1953.
4. Schedule
Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
