Product Stewardship (Televisions and Computers) Regulations 2011

1  Name

  This instrument is the Product Stewardship (Televisions and Computers) Amendment (Product Codes) Regulations 2017.

2  Commencement

 (1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1  Regulation 1.03 (note at the end of the definition of product code)

Repeal the note, substitute:

2  Part 2 of Schedule 1D (table item 3.2, column 1)

After “reproducing apparatus”, insert “, imported or manufactured on or after 1 July 2015 and before 1 January 2017”.
