Fair Entitlements Guarantee (Indexation of Maximum Weekly Wage) Regulation 2013
This instrument is the Fair Entitlements Guarantee (Indexation of Maximum Weekly Wage) Amendment (Continuation of Indexation Pause) Regulations 2017.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1 Subsection 5(3)
Omit “and 1 July 2017”, substitute “, 1 July 2017, 1 July 2018, 1 July 2019 and 1 July 2020”.
2 Subsection 5(4)
Omit “2018”, substitute “2021”.
