  This Instrument is the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) (Luxury Goods) Instrument 2017.

  This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

  This Instrument is made under subregulation 5(2) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008.

  The Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Luxury Goods List 2006 is repealed.

  Each good that is mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is determined for subparagraph 5(1)(b) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008.
