2 Commencement

This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Authority

This Instrument is made under subregulation 5(2) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008.

4 Repeal of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Luxury Goods List 2006

The Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Luxury Goods List 2006 is repealed.

5 Determination of goods

Each good that is mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is determined for subparagraph 5(1)(b) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008.
