This Instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Authority

This Instrument is made under subregulation 5(3) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008.

4 Repeal of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Document List 2014

The Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Document List 2014 is repealed.

Each document that is mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is specified for subparagraph 5(1)(c)(i) of the Charter of the United Nations (Sanctions – Democratic People’s Republic of Korea) Regulations 2008.
