Budget Savings (Omnibus) (Abolishing the National Health Performance Authority) Commencement Proclamation 2016

I, General the Honourable Sir Peter Cosgrove AK MC (Ret’d), Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 7 of the table in subsection 2(1) of the Budget Savings (Omnibus) Act 2016, fix 1 November 2016 as the day on which Schedule 7 to that Act commences.
