1  Name

  This is the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Amendment Determination 2016-2017 (No. 1).

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 December 2016.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under section 75 of the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013.

4  Schedules

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Schedule 1—Amendments

Public Governance, Performance and Accountability (Section 75 Transfers) Determination 2016-2017

1 Section 4 (at the end of the definition of Appropriation Act)

Add:

                 ; or  (d) Appropriation Act (No. 1) 2016-2017; or

  (e) Appropriation Act (No. 2) 2016-2017; or

  (f) Appropriation (Parliamentary Departments) Act (No. 1) 2016-2017.

2  Section 5

Repeal the section, substitute:

5  Modification of Appropriation Acts

  The Appropriation Acts have effect as if:

 (a) references in the Acts to the Environment Portfolio were references to the Environment and Energy Portfolio; and

 (b) references in the Acts to the Department of the Environment were references to the Department of the Environment and Energy; and

 (c) references in the Acts to the Digital Transformation Office were references to the Digital Transformation Agency.

3 Subsection 6(3) (table items 1 to 4)

Repeal items, substitute:
