ARRANGEMENTS FOR RESIDENT RETURN VISA APPLICATIONS 2016/088

(Subregulation 2.07(5))

I, MAREE BRIDGER, Delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Border Protection, acting under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Migration Regulations 1994 (the Regulations) for the purposes of items 1118A Special Eligibility (Class CB), 1128 Return (Residence) (Class BB) and 1216 Resident Return (Temporary) (Class TP) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations:

  1. REVOKE Instrument IMMI 16/042 (F2016L00785), Arrangements for Resident Return Visa Applications 2016/042, signed on 5 May 2016; and
  2. SPECIFY  under subregulation 2.07(5) of the Regulations, for the purposes of:
    1. subitems 1118A(1), 1128(1) and 1216(1) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant approved forms listed in the Schedule to this Instrument; and
    2. paragraphs 1118A(3)(a), 1128(3)(a), 1216(3)(a) and 1216(3B)(a) of Schedule 1 to the Regulations, the relevant place and manner for making an application for the relevant class of visa, listed in the Schedule to this Instrument.

This Instrument, Arrangements for Resident Return Visa Applications 2016/088, IMMI 16/088, commences on 10 September 2016.
