1 Name of legislative instrument

This instrument is ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2015/999.

2 Commencement

This instrument commences on the later of:

1.           the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments;
2.           the day after it is gazetted; and
3.           immediately after the commencement of ASIC Corporations (Amendment) Instrument 2015/943.

This instrument is made under subsections 283GA(1), 601QA(1), 741(1), 926A(2), 992B(1) and 1020F(1), and paragraph 911A(2)(l) of the Corporations Act 2001.
