1 Name of legislative instrument

This instrument is ASIC Corporations (Repeal) Instrument 2015/363.

2 Commencement 

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

This instrument is made under sections 741, 992B and 1020F of the Corporations Act 2001.
