COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 Variation of a Threat Abatement Plan - Section 279 I, GREG HUNT, Minister for the Environment, pursuant to section 279 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, having reviewed the Threat abatement plan for predation by feral cats (2008), have decided to vary that threat abatement plan by replacing it with a revised threat abatement plan for the key threatening process as specified below: Key Threatening Process Threat Abatement Plan Predation by feral cats Department of the Environment (2015). Threat abatement plan for predation by feral cats The Threat abatement plan for predation by feral cats (2015) will come into force on the day after the plan is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
