Schedule 1—Amendments
Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977
This is the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Amendment (Enactments) Regulation 2015.
(1) Each provision of this instrument specified in column 1 of the table commences, or is taken to have commenced, in accordance with column 2 of the table. Any other statement in column 2 has effect according to its terms.

1. The whole of this instrument | The later of: (a) the start of the day after this instrument is registered; and (b) immediately after the commencement of Part 5 of the National Electricity (Northern Territory) (National Uniform Legislation) Act 2015 (NT). However, the provisions do not commence at all if the event mentioned in paragraph (b) does not occur. | 1 July 2015 |

This instrument is made under the Administrative Decisions (Judicial Review) Act 1977.
This instrument is repealed on the day after it commences.
Legislation that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.

Insert:
(dba) the Electricity Networks (Third Party Access) Act of the Northern Territory;
(dbb) the Electricity Reform Act of the Northern Territory;
(dbc) the Utilities Commission Act of the Northern Territory;
