1  Name

  This is the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Investment and Innovation Programs Regulation 2015.

2  Commencement

  This instrument commences on 1 April 2015.

3  Authority

  This instrument is made under the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Investment and Innovation Programs Act 1999.

4  Definitions

  In this instrument:

Act means the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Investment and Innovation Programs Act 1999.

5  Identity card for TCF Post2005 (SIP) scheme

  For paragraph 37U(2)(a) of the Act, an identity card issued to an authorised officer must include the following information:

 (a) the authorised officer’s name;

 (b) the name of the Department;

 (c) a declaration that the card has been issued by the Secretary under the Act;

 (d) the identification number of the identity card;

 (e) instructions for the return of the identity card if found.

6  Identity card for Clothing and Household Textile (BIC) scheme

  For paragraph 37ZZD(2)(a) of the Act, an identity card issued to an authorised officer must include the following information:

 (a) the authorised officer’s name;

 (b) the name of the Department;

 (c) a declaration that the card has been issued by the Secretary under the Act;

 (d) the identification number of the identity card;

 (e) instructions for the return of the identity card if found.
