Health Insurance Act 1973

I, Peter Dutton, the Minister for Health, make these Principles under subsection 23DNA (1) of the Health Insurance Act 1973.

1 Name of Principles

  These Principles are the Health Insurance (Accredited Pathology Laboratories – Approval) Amendment Principles 2014 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Principles commence on 1 June 2014.

3 Authority

  These Principles are made under the Health Insurance Act 1973.

4 Schedule

  Each instrument that is specified in a Schedule to this instrument is amended or repealed as set out in the applicable items in the Schedule concerned, and any other item in a Schedule to this instrument has effect according to its terms.
