Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Act 2003
I, TANYA PLIBERSEK, Minister for Health and Minister for Medical Research, make these Rules under section 9A of the Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Act 2003.
1 Name of rule
These rules are the Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Amendment Rules 2013 (No. 3).
2 Commencement
These rules commence on the day after registration.
3 Amendment of Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Rules 2007
Schedule 1 amends the Private Health Insurance (Council Administration Levy) Rules 2007.
