This instrument was revoked by Migration Regulations 1994 - Specification of Income Threshold and Annual Earnings 2015 - IMMI 15/050 on 18 April 2015. The revoking instrument is disallowed in full by the Senate at 19:13 on 16 June 2015. This instrument is therefore revived with effect from the day and time of disallowance as if it had not been revoked.
