This regulation was originally made under the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 and the Federal Magistrates Act 1999 and from 1 September 2021 is made under the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021 and the Federal Court of Australia Act 1976 (see Schedule 1, Part 1, item 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Legislation (Consequential Amendments and Other Measures) Regulations 2021).
