This regulation was originally made under the Family Law Act 1975 and the Federal Magistrates Act 1999 and from 1 September 2021 is made under the Family Law Act 1975 and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Act 2021 (see Schedule 1, Part 1, item 44 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia Legislation (Consequential Amendments and Other Measures) Regulations 2021).
