1 Name of Instrument

  This instrument is the Radiocommunications (Datacasting Transmitter Licence Allocation) Revocation Determination 2012.

2 Commencement

  This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.

Note Legislative instruments must be registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.

3 Revocation

  The Radiocommunications (Datacasting Transmitter Licence Allocation) Determination 2001 is revoked.
