This Determination is the Currency Legislation (Royal Australian Mint) Amendment Determination 2012 (No. 1).

This Determination is taken to have commenced as follows:

(a) on 13 August 2011 — sections 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

(b) on 31 January 2012 — section 4 and Schedule 2.

Schedule 1 amends the Currency (Royal Australian Mint) Determination 2011 (No. 3).

Schedule 2 amends the Currency (Royal Australian Mint) Determination 2012 (No. 1).
