Higher Education Support Act 2003

VET Provider Approval No 11 of 2012

Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and Notice of Approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Science and Research for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):

(a)           approve the application of Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (SA Branch) ABN: 95 969 485 175  as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(b)          note that this approval decides the application of Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (SA Branch) as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(c)           hereby give Australian Nursing & Midwifery Federation (SA Branch) written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to HESA.

In accordance with paragraph 12(2) of Schedule 1A to HESA this Notice of Approval commences on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
