Part 1 Preliminary

1.                       Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2012 (No. 6).

2.                       Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a) 1 July 2012; or

(b) if registered after 1 July 2012, the day after registration.

3.                       Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2)

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2) as amended.

Schedule – Amendments

[1] Part 2, Subparagraph 8A(3)(a)(i)

 Delete subparagraph 8A(3)(a)(i) and substitute:

(i)                     Australian Capital Territory – $50.95;
