This Instrument is the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Libya) List 2012.
Part 2—Designations of persons and entities and declarations of persons
3 Designated persons and entities and declared persons
(1) For paragraph 6(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person and entity mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a designated person or entity for Libya.
(2) For paragraph 6(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, each person mentioned in an item in Schedule 1 is a declared person for Libya.
Part 3—Continuation of effect of designations and declarations
This Part is made for the purposes of subregulation 9(3) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011.
(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5, 7 to 9, 12 to 17 and 19 to 21 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
(2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(1)(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1 to 5, 7 to 9, 12 to 17 and 19 to 21 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
(3) The designation, under paragraph 6(1)(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the entities mentioned in items 1 to 6 and 8 and 9 in Part 2 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
6 Continuation of effect of designations and declarations on and after date of making of the Autonomous Sanctions (Designated Persons and Entities and Declared Persons – Libya) Amendment (No. 1) Instrument 2023
(1) The designation, under paragraph 6(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1, 3, 5, 7 to 9, 13 to 17, 19 and 21 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
(2) The declaration, under paragraph 6(b) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the persons mentioned in items 1, 3, 5, 7 to 9, 13 to 17, 19 and 21 in Part 1 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
(3) The designation, under paragraph 6(a) of the Autonomous Sanctions Regulations 2011, of the entities mentioned in items 5, 8 and 9 in Part 2 of Schedule 1 continues to have effect.
