Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (107)

I, TONY BURKE, Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

transferring from the extinct to the critically endangered category:

• Caladenia pumila
• Philotheca falcata
• Prostanthera clotteniana
• Prostanthera marifolia
• Pterostylis valida
