VET Provider Approval No 18 of 2011

Approval under clause 6, decision under paragraph 11(1)(a), and Notice of Approval under paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003.

I, Neil McAuslan, a delegate of the Minister for Tertiary Education, Skills, Jobs and Workplace Relations for the purposes of clauses 6 and 11 of Schedule 1A to the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (HESA):

(a)           approve the application of Gurkhas Institute of Technology Pty. Ltd. ABN: 68 127 999 160 as a VET provider in accordance with clause 6 of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(b)          note that this approval decides the application of Gurkhas Institute of Technology Pty. Ltd. as required by paragraph 11(1)(a) of Schedule 1A to HESA; and

(c)           hereby give Gurkhas Institute of Technology Pty. Ltd. written notice of my approval as required by paragraph 11(1)(b) of Schedule 1A to HESA.
