Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (119)

I, MATTHEW WHITE, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to section 184(1)(d) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by correcting or updating the scientific names of the following listed species in accordance with Schedule A:

• Patersonia spirafolia;
• Rapanea sp. Richmond River (J.H.Maiden & J.L.Boorman NSW 26751);
• Rapanea ralstoniae;
• Vrydagzynea paludosa;
• Maccullochella peelii peelii;
• Maccullochella peelii mariensis; and
• Nyctophilus timoriensis (South-eastern form).
