1 Name of Variation

  This Variation is the Radiocommunications (Communication with Space Object) Class Licence Variation 2011 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  This Variation commences on the later of:

 (a) the day after it is registered; and

 (b) the day on which it is published in the Gazette.

  Schedule 1 varies the Radiocommunications (Communication with Space Object) Class Licence 1998.
