Aged Care Act 1997
I, MARK BUTLER, Minister for Mental Health and Ageing, make these Principles under subsection 96‑1(1) of the Aged Care Act 1997.

1 Name of Principles
These Principles are the Allocation Amendment Principles 2011 (No. 1).
2 Commencement
These Principles commence on the day after they are registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
3 Amendment of Allocation Principles 1997
Schedule 1 amends the Allocation Principles 1997.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(section 3)
[1] After paragraph 4.61 (1) (h)
insert
(i) whether any capital payments of a kind specified in the Residential Care Subsidy Principles 1997 for the purposes of section 43-6 of the Act have been made in respect of the aged care service in which the places being transferred are included.
[2] Paragraph 4.65 (f)
substitute
(f) matters relating to any capital payments of a kind specified in the Residential Care Subsidy Principles 1997 for the purposes of section 43-6 of the Act that have been made in respect of the aged care service in which the places being transferred are included;
