Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2011 (No. 4)

Part 1 Preliminary

1.                       Name of Rules

These Rules are the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Amendment Rules 2011 (No. 4).

2.                       Commencement

These Rules commence on:

(a)                    1 July 2011; or

(b)                    if registered after 1 July 2011, the day after registration.

3.                       Amendment of the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2)

The Schedule amends the Private Health Insurance (Complying Product) Rules 2010 (No. 2) as amended.

Schedule – Amendments

[1] Part 2, Paragraph 8A(3)(a)

 Delete subparagraph 8A(3)(a)(i), substitute:

(i)                     Australian Capital Territory – $49.20;
