1 Name of Instrument
(1) This Instrument is the National Health Act (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Amendment April 2011 - specification under subsection 84AAA(2).
(2) This Instrument may also be cited as No. PB 30 of 2011.
2 Commencement
This Instrument commences on 1 April 2011.
3 Amendment of PB 30 of 2009
Schedule 1 amends the National Health (Pharmaceutical Benefits – Early Supply) Instrument 2009, PB 30 of 2009.
