Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998

I, Juanita Hoare, a delegate of APRA, under section 57 of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act 1998, DETERMINE that a reporting document described in Part 1

of the Schedule does not contain confidential information, except for the items of information specified in Part 2 of the schedule.

This determination has effect on the date of registration on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Note: The effect of this determination is that the non-confidential information may be published under subsection 56(5C) of the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority Act.

A reporting document is covered by this determination if the reporting document satisfies all of the following conditions:

1. The reporting document relates to a reporting period commencing on or after 1 October 2009.
2. The reporting document was given to APRA on or after 19 January 2011 and before the date of this determination under a reporting form, under:

• Reporting Standard LRS 100.0 Solvency;
• Reporting Standard LRS 120.0 Management Capital;
• Reporting Standard LRS 210.0 Derivatives, Commitments and Off-Balance Sheet

Items;

• Reporting Standard LRS 300.0 Statement of Financial Position;
• Reporting Standard LRS 310.0 Statement of Financial Performance;
• Reporting Standard LRS 330.0 Summary of Revenue and Expenses;
• Reporting Standard LRS 340.0 Retained Profits;
• Reporting Standard LRS 400.0 Statement of Policy Liabilities;
• Reporting Standard LRS 420.0 Assets Backing Policy Liabilities; or
• Reporting Standard LRS 430.0 Sources of Profit.

For the purposes of this determination:

reporting document means a reporting document within the meaning of section 13 of the Financial Sector (Collection of Data) Act 2001.

Product level data in reporting documents given to APRA under a reporting form, under:

• Reporting Standard LRS 330.0 Summary of Revenue and Expenses;
• Reporting Standard LRS 400.0 Statement of Policy Liabilities;
• Reporting Standard LRS 420.0 Assets Backing Policy Liabilities; or
• Reporting Standard LRS 430.0 Sources of Profit.

For the purposes of this determination:

product level data means data items in the applicable reporting forms that provide

information for specific APRA product codes.
