1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 November 2010.

3 Amendment of Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982

  Schedule 1 amends the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 1982.

4 Principal offices

  For subparagraph (b) (i) of the definition of principal officer in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, an office mentioned in an item in Schedule 2 is declared to be the principal office for the authority mentioned in the item.

5 Information Commissioner’s annual report giving information

  For paragraph 93 (3) (a) of the Act, the following table sets out times for giving information.
