1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Financial Management and Accountability Amendment Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced as follows:

 (a) on 31 December 2009 — regulations 1 to 3 and Schedule 1;

 (b) on 31 January 2010 — regulation 4 and Schedule 2.

3 Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 — Schedule 1

  Schedule 1 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.

4 Amendment of Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997 — Schedule 2

  Schedule 2 amends the Financial Management and Accountability Regulations 1997.
