1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Health Insurance Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 4).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 January 2010.

3 Amendment of Health Insurance Regulations 1975

  Schedule 1 amends the Health Insurance Regulations 1975.

omit

57715 and 58100 to 58115 (inclusive).

insert

57715, 58100 to 58106 (inclusive), 58109, 58112, 58120 and 58121.
