1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Customs Tariff Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on the commencement of Schedule 1 to the Customs Tariff Amendment (ASEANAustralia–New Zealand Free Trade Agreement Implementation) Act 2009.

3 Amendment of Customs Tariff Regulations 2004

  Schedule 1 amends the Customs Tariff Regulations 2004.
