AIRWORTHINESS DIRECTIVE
On the effective date specified below, and for the reasons set out in the background section, the CASA delegate whose signature appears below revokes Airworthiness Directive AD/BELL 222/3.

Background: | This AD, raised in 1985 against Bell Alert Service Bulletins (SB) No. 222U-85-3 and 222-85-28, required an inspection and modification to the tail boom following cases of cracks in the tailboom being reported. As all affected aircraft would have been inspected, and, if necessary, modified long ago, this AD is no longer required. |
