1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations commence on 1 July 2009.

3 Amendment of Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990

  Schedule 1 amends the Industrial Chemicals (Notification and Assessment) Regulations 1990.
