1 Name of Regulations

  These Regulations are the Members of Parliament (Life Gold Pass) Amendment Regulations 2009 (No. 1).

2 Commencement

  These Regulations are taken to have commenced on 10 December 2008.

3 Amendment of Members of Parliament (Life Gold Pass) Regulations 2002

  Schedule 1 amends the Members of Parliament (Life Gold Pass) Regulations 2002.
