NOTICE OF DECLARATION

Notice No. ACT1 of 1994

I, Gary Thomas Johns, Assistant Minister for Industrial Relations, hereby declare, with effect on and from 1 July 1994, the following matter under the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988, (the Act):

1. For the purposes of subsection 4A(1) of the Act, the Australian Capital Territory is declared to be a Commonwealth authority.
