  This Declaration is the Dairy Produce (Closure of Dairy Adjustment Authority) Declaration 2008.

2 Commencement

  This Declaration commences on the day after it is registered.

3 Dairy Adjustment Authority to cease to exist

  The Dairy Adjustment Authority ceases to exist immediately after 31 December 2008.
