List prepared pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003
I, Julia Gillard, Minister for Education, pursuant to section 41-50 of the Higher Education Support Act 2003 (‘the Act’), approve the attached list of the maximum amounts of all grants which may be paid in 2009 for each purpose of grant specified in the table in section 41-10 of the Act, except for items 7, 8, 10 and 11(b)*.
