1 Name of Regulations
These Regulations are the Civil Aviation Safety Amendment Regulations 2008 (No. 3).
2 Commencement
These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.
3 Amendment of Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998
Schedule 1 amends the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(regulation 3)
[1] Subregulation 99.010 (1), definition of permitted level
substitute
permitted level means:
(a) for a testable drug — a level of the drug specified in subregulation (2A) for the purposes of this paragraph; and
(b) for alcohol — a level of alcohol of less than 0.02 grams of alcohol in 210 litres of breath.

(2A) For paragraph (a) of the definition of permitted level, the permitted level for each testable drug is specified in the following table.
