Drug and alcohol testing

1 Commencement

This instrument commences on the day after it is registered.
 

2 Application

This instrument specifies drugs for the purposes of the definition of testable drug in subsection 33(1) of the Civil Aviation Act 1988.

Testable Drugs

The following drugs are testable drugs for the purposes of the Civil Aviation Act 1988:

Morphine

Codeine

6-Acetyl morphine

Amphetamine

Methylamphetamine

Methylenedioxymethylamphetamine

Methylenedioxyamphetamine

Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol 10

Cocaine

Benzoylecgonine

Ecgonine methyl ester
