Variation of the AusLink Roads to Recovery List

Instrument No.2008/5

I, jason barry maher, General Manager, SA/WA & Local Roads, Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Local Government, under section 88 of the AusLink (National Land Transport) Act 2005 vary the AusLink Roads to Recovery List ('the List') as follows:

1. Variations

From the part of the List relating to the Northern Territory

(a) omit the amount in the 'Auslink Roads to Recovery Grant' column corresponding to the named recipient ‘Tiwi Islands Shire Council’; and

(b) insert the amount of ‘683,143’ at the position in the 'Auslink Roads to Recovery Grant' column corresponding to the named recipient ‘Tiwi Islands Shire Council’.

From the part of the List relating to Queensland;

(a)                omit the amounts in the 'Auslink Roads to Recovery Grant' column corresponding to the named recipients ‘Fraser Coast Regional Council’ and ‘Gympie Regional Council’;

(b) insert the amount of ‘2,761,451’ at the position in the 'Auslink Roads to Recovery Grant' column corresponding to the named recipient ‘Fraser Coast Regional Council’; and

(b) insert the amount of ‘1,511,402’ at the position in the 'Auslink Roads to Recovery Grant' column corresponding to the named recipient ‘Gympie Regional Council’.

2. Commencement

This instrument commences on 6 August 2008.
